The Demolding Station

After cleaning and injection molding, the printed cavities are dissolved. By using proprietary Addifab materials, the soluble mold tools are placed in a bath to release the part within.

Addifab provides a ventilated cabinet with several vats for the demolding procedure. This way, users may work with the alkaline solvent used in the Freeform Injection Molding process, in a safe and controlled environment.
